A home built in a single modular structure allows for a faster construction and lower setup costs. these units can be built up to 20 feet wide by 76 feet long and placed on a foundation or block and leveled onto a pad.

Multi unit Floor plans
Combining multiple units, we can create larger floor plans. Including doublewide, triplewide and multistory homes.
These floor plans also allow for the home to have special attributes, such as taller ceilings, larger open spaces, unique roof lines and many more features. For the most part, we can build almost anything that you would find in a site built home.
The cost of multi unit homes is generally higher than a single unit, but working with a planner, we can work within your budget.
