This brochure is adapted from the West Coast Modular Homes Decor & Options selection page. It is designed as a customer-facing overview, not a final purchase agreement or final selection record.
Home Construction & Technical Specs
A quick summary of the standard construction details and technical items used as the starting point for each West Coast Modular Homes project. Some items may vary by plan, location, certification type, transportation limits, and final engineering review.

Exterior selections are reviewed for supplier availability, colour confirmation, quantity, detailing, installation requirements, and project-specific pricing.

Exterior Doors & Windows
Door and window selections are based on practical standard packages, with optional upgrades available for custom appearance, glass, sizing, colour, and layout changes.

Flooring
Flooring selections are based on Twelve Oaks glue-down luxury vinyl plank. Foundation 2520 is the standard collection; Foundation Premium is an upgrade collection.

Cabinetry & Cabinet Hardware
Cabinet selections are based on the Westwood Cabinetry Elements line. Standard cabinet profiles are Urbana and Camrose, with upgrade profiles available for a more customized look.

Interior Paint, Doors & Hardware
Interior finish selections are kept simple and flexible. Standard colour choices are included where applicable, while custom colours or specialty finishes can be reviewed as upgrades.

Lighting can be kept simple by choosing a finish package, then selecting standard fixture options for each space. Custom lighting can be reviewed before final pricing.
